Drop Off & Pick up Information

DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR DROP OFF DURING YOUR VOLUNTEER SHIFT!!

CHECK IN

Please schedule one 15 minute appointment for 150 items or less. If you have more than 150 items please schedule two consecutive appointments! DO NOT SCHEDULE TWO APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE NOT CONSECUTIVE. If there are not two consecutive appointments available please contact us at tkidsclothesline@aol.com If you have more than one seller number you MUST schedule appointments for each number!

When you arrive, please leave your items in the car and proceed to the Sign-in table and check in. After signing in bring your items in to the checking area. ALL ITEMS MUST BE SORTED BY SIZE AND GENDER BEFORE YOU BRING THEM TO THE SALE! If your items are not organized by size you will be asked to bring them out to your car to do so. Not having items is size order will drastically slow down the process of check in. We will be very selective of the items we accept. Our goal is to provide all shoppers with great quality items. Please look through your items very carefully. Toys and baby equipment MUST be clean!! Clothing MUST be free of stains,tears and odors! Please do not be offended if we turn any of your items away. You are welcome to take them home and try and get the stains out and return them to the sale before 7pm on Wednesday. We are not able to accept any items on Thursday.

ITEM SET-UP

Once your items have been checked we ask that you put your items out on the sales floor with the appropriate sizes and gender. Remember, if you do not put your clothing items on the proper size racks they will probably not sell. A person shopping for 2T is not going to look on the 4T rack. Depending on the number of items you bring this may take up to 1/2 hour or more. If for some reason you are not able to do this please let us know in advance. Thank You!

PICKING UP UNSOLD ITEMS?

If you want to retrieve your unsold items after the sale you may pick them up on MONDAY, April 16, 2012 4PM - 7PM. Please do not come before 4pm, the doors will not open until 4pm. All charity items will be pulled and remaining items will be organized in the correct sizes and categories. Items will remain on the racks and tables. Volunteers will be available to double check ALL consignor items as they are leaving to ensure the security of your items. Please DO NOT BRING CHILDREN to pick up if you can avoid it. It will make this process more time consuming for you.

All unclaimed items left after 7pm Monday will become the property of The Kids Clothesline Consignment Sale. Absolutely No exceptions!!

WHAT HAPPENS TO ITEMS LEFT FOR DONATION?

After consignor pickup all items that are left (excluding some bigger items that are pulled for charity) will be available for sale at the dollar sale. Items sold at the dollar sale will not be rung into the inventory system. If you prefer not to have your items in the dollar sale please pick your items up during the consignor pick up time on Monday. Please note that even if you do not mark you tags for donation if you do not show up for pick up your items will go into the dollar sale and to charity. Due to the volume of items we are not able to store items that have been unclaimed! Thanks!
