Question: How Can I shop the presale?

There are three ways to shop the presale. Be a Consignor, Be a Volunteer or Purchase an Early Bird Presale Pass. Click Here for more info.

Question: I have a presale pass, can I bring a guest?

One presale pass per person. One person will be admitted per pass. There are no exceptions. This rule is in place to ensure that the presale is not overcrowded.

Question: Can I bring small children to the sale?

We do understand that you may want or need to bring children to The Kids Clothesline. While the event is for children's items it is really geared towards the parents of children. It can be very overwhelming for small children during our busy times. The crowds are large and the lines long, consider us the black friday of consignment. We do also understand that many children do enjoy looking through the toys so if you want to or need to bring small children please consider shopping when it is less crowded. Crowds tend to lessen after 2pm. Thanks

Question: Will I be allowed to bring a stroller to the sale?

We do allow strollers but strongly recommend small umbrella type strollers during busy times. (Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-2pm).

Question: Can I bring a laundry basket to shop?

We do provide large shopping bags for your convenience but you may bring a laundry basket if you'd like. You may also bring a small granny style rolling cart.

Question: What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and credit card. Sorry no personal checks.

Question: Will dressing rooms be available?

No we do not have dressing rooms available. Write a list of your child's measurements and bring a tape measure with you to measure the items. Trace your child's foot on a sturdy piece of paper or thin cardboard to put inside shoes to see if they fit.

Question: Do you accept returns?

We are unable to accept returns. Please check all your items carefully before you checkout. **We do have an inspection station for anyone who wants to have an item opened or tested to make sure it has all pieces and works properly. Please do not take items apart on the sales floor. Ask a volunteer for assistance. While we do our best to check all items that are for sale.
